FAQs
Why do I need to clean my windows and how often?
Clean windows do more than improve your view — they also help protect your investment. Over time, dirt, pollen, mineral deposits, salt, and other contaminants can accumulate on the glass and surrounding materials. Routine cleaning helps maintain the appearance of your windows and can reduce long-term buildup that's more difficult to remove. The ideal cleaning schedule depends on your home's location and personal preferences, but many homeowners choose service two to four times per year.
Do you clean tracks and frames?
Yes. Every window cleaning includes a complimentary wipe-down of the frames, sills, and accessible tracks to remove loose dust and debris. If your tracks require a more detailed restoration due to heavy dirt or buildup, we're happy to provide that service for an additional charge.
Will heavily soiled windows cost more?
Sometimes. Standard window cleaning covers typical dirt and environmental buildup. Services involving post-construction debris, paint overspray, hard water stains, adhesive residue, or excessive buildup require additional time and specialized techniques, so they may be quoted separately. We'll always discuss any additional charges with you before beginning the work.
What is the difference between interior and exterior window cleaning?
Exterior windows are exposed to weather, pollen, dust, salt air, tree debris, and other environmental contaminants, so they typically require more frequent cleaning and may involve ladders or screen removal. Interior windows generally stay cleaner but still collect fingerprints, dust, and everyday buildup. While each service can be scheduled independently, cleaning both the inside and outside at the same time provides the clearest results and the best overall appearance.
Do you offer screen repair?
We don't currently repair window screens. If your screens need new mesh or repairs, we're happy to point you toward a trusted local repair option or your neighborhood hardware store.
How can I prepare my home for your window cleaning services?
To help us work safely and efficiently, we ask that you move any items blocking access to the windows before we arrive. Indoors, this may include furniture, plants, artwork, or decorative items. Outdoors, clearing patio furniture, grills, or other obstacles around the windows is greatly appreciated.
Do you clean solar panels?
Yes we do! Dust, pollen, bird droppings, and other debris can reduce the amount of sunlight reaching your solar panels, which may impact their performance. Routine cleaning helps keep the panels clear so they can capture as much sunlight as possible. The ideal cleaning frequency depends on your environment, but regular maintenance is a simple way to help your system perform at its best.

FAQs
Why is gutter maintenance important?
Your gutters play an important role in directing rainwater safely away from your home. When they become clogged with leaves, needles, or other debris, water can overflow and contribute to foundation issues, wood rot, roof leaks, landscape erosion, and premature gutter deterioration. Dry debris can also increase fire risk during wildfire season, while standing water may attract mosquitoes and other pests. Routine maintenance helps protect your home and can reduce the likelihood of expensive repairs.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
The ideal maintenance frequency depends on factors such as nearby trees, the type of roof and gutter system, local weather patterns, and whether gutter guards are installed. We're happy to assess your property and recommend a maintenance schedule that fits your home's specific needs.
What does a gutter cleaning include?
We begin by removing debris from the roof where needed, helping prevent additional material from washing into the gutters. Next, leaves and debris are carefully removed from the gutters by hand or with specialized equipment, depending on the conditions. Any debris that reaches the ground is cleaned up before we thoroughly flush the gutter system and downspouts with water to confirm everything is flowing properly.
What's the difference between roof clearing and roof cleaning?
Roof clearing focuses on removing loose leaves, pine needles, branches, and surface debris from the roof. Roof cleaning is a more comprehensive service that removes moss, algae, dirt, and other organic buildup using methods appropriate for your roofing material.
Do you offer gutter repair and installation?
Our focus is on maintenance and cleaning rather than repairs or installation. If your gutters need additional work, we're happy to recommend trusted local professionals we've had positive experiences with.

FAQs
Why should I pressure wash my home and how often should it be done?
Over time, exterior surfaces collect dirt, algae, mildew, moss, and other natural buildup. Regular pressure washing helps restore your property's appearance, improves curb appeal, and can help prevent premature wear on durable outdoor surfaces. For many homes, an annual cleaning is a great place to start, although the ideal schedule depends on your property's environment and how quickly buildup occurs.
Which pressure washing services do you offer?
We pressure wash a variety of exterior surfaces, including driveways, walkways, patios, pavers, retaining walls, concrete, and other durable hardscape surfaces. Every project is evaluated to ensure the appropriate cleaning method is used for the material being cleaned.
How much pressure do you use?
Every surface requires a different approach. We adjust the pressure based on the material and its condition, using only the amount of pressure needed to clean the surface effectively while helping minimize the risk of damage.
What is soft washing?
Soft washing is a low-pressure exterior cleaning method commonly used on delicate surfaces such as siding, stucco, roofs, and painted finishes. Instead of relying on high water pressure, it uses specialized cleaning solutions to remove algae, mold, mildew, moss, and other organic buildup.
While we don't currently offer soft washing services, we're happy to recommend trusted local professionals if your project requires this type of cleaning.
Can wood be pressure washed?
Yes, when done properly. Wood requires a careful approach using reduced pressure, proper technique, and the right equipment to clean the surface safely without causing unnecessary damage.
What's the best way to clean concrete and pavers?
We use a professional surface cleaner with rotating spray nozzles to deliver an even, consistent clean across flat surfaces. This method is more efficient than using a standard pressure washing wand and helps reduce streaking while producing excellent results.
